Services
In-Home Mental Health Therapy
Our Intensive In-Community Program delivers individual and family therapy directly in homes to preserve family environments. Services include biopsychosocial assessments, case management, and trauma-focused interventions. Designed for youth with behavioral health needs, this program maintains children in the least restrictive settings while addressing psychiatric, emotional, and developmental disorders through evidence-based practices like TF-CBT and Nurtured Heart Approach.
Outpatient Mental Health Therapy
State-licensed outpatient clinics in Middlesex and Mountainside offer individual, family, and group therapies with psychiatric medication management. Services address depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and co-occurring substance use through CBT, DBT, and play therapy. Participating in-network with Medicaid and major insurers, this program provides structured care for emotional and behavioral disorders in a clinical setting.
Telehealth Counseling
HIPAA-compliant telehealth services deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and clinical therapy remotely. Benefits include reduced travel time, increased privacy, and immediate access to bilingual therapists. Available for residents across New Jersey, telehealth ensures continuity of care through secure video consultations while maintaining the same clinical outcomes as in-person sessions.
Training & Development Workshops
Certified Nurtured Heart Approach trainers provide customized workshops on child development, cultural sensitivity, and family systems theory. Offered in one-hour, half-day, or full-day formats, these sessions equip professionals with tools for trauma-informed care, behavior modification, and collaboration strategies tailored to organizational needs.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Specialized trauma-informed care utilizing TF-CBT and ARC frameworks to address PTSD, abuse recovery, and complex trauma in children and families. Clinicians integrate stabilization techniques, cognitive restructuring, and family communication strategies to process traumatic experiences and build resilience through structured therapeutic interventions.
