Our Signature Class: Hot Power Yoga

Our signature class, Hot Power Yoga, is a dynamic and challenging practice designed to help participants build strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. The added heat in our studio is intended to help the body relax and promote deeper stretching, making this style of yoga perfect for those looking for a more intense workout. Some of the key benefits of hot power yoga include improved flexibility, increased strength, improved balance, detoxification, stress relief, and cardiovascular benefits.

Our Philosophy

We promote freedom to express yourself in class, which sometimes means going into a resting pose and sometimes means doing something slightly different than what the teacher has called. We also provide modifications and variations for all levels of practitioners, and make sure that our instructors are trained and certified to safely guide them through the class. We believe that yoga is non-competitive, and it's not about perfection, it's about self-discovery and self-care. You are the only one who knows your body and your limits, so please listen to your body and respect your own pace.

Our classes range from dynamic and challenging to restorative and chill, as well as Athlete's Recovery classes. Our Studio

Our studio is located at 828 N. Western Avenue, Lake Forest, IL 60045. We are easily accessible and offer ample parking for our students. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems to ensure a comfortable practice environment. We also offer amenities such as clean and spacious changing rooms, showers, and a serene waiting area.
