Our team is led by Carol Shwidock, a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation. Our philosophy is centered around the Five Elements of both Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine, which emphasize the importance of balance and harmony in all aspects of life.
