Master Cody has an extensive history as a trainer of 8 World Champions, instructor of Escrima, Kickboxing, and Masters Degree in traditional Kenpo Karate. Sonoma County Martial Arts Center specializes in Kickboxing, Kenpo Karate, Escrima, Tai chi, and Qigong all while teaching proper body mechanics and form.
