The Kiwanis Shoes for Kids Project aims to provide new tennis shoes to students in the Charlotte County Public School System who need them to start the new school year or throughout the academic year. Since its inception, the project has distributed over 100,000 new pairs of sneakers to local school children. With the majority of donations spent on sizes 4-14 for boys and men and sizes 4-11 for girls and women, the project ensures that students have the necessary footwear for gym class and other activities.
