Breathing Room is a nourishing space of growth & support for individual and collective healing. Our community offers more than 30 weekly classes both in studio and online, as well as workshops, teacher trainings, and domestic and international retreats. We create a space of belonging for everyone to breathe, heal and grow individually and within the community.
