Project Independence provides a program of services and activities that enable seniors and disabled individuals to remain in their homes and communities, helping to bridge the gap between total independence and long-term care. Our certified geriatric nurses and professional staff provide health care monitoring, challenging activities, stimulating social experiences, and good nutrition in a safe and reassuring environment. We offer person-centered, individualized services, including respiratory therapy, medication management, and more. Our goal is to enhance the participants' quality of life, reduce isolation, and prevent premature institutionalization.
