Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co is a friendly, small-town restaurant where visitors and locals come for delicious, homemade food made from the highest quality, local, and organic ingredients. Our well-balanced and tasty beer is brewed right here. A wood-fired pizza oven cooks our thin-crust sourdough pizzas to perfection. All of our pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies are baked here from organic flour, butter, eggs and sugar. Pizza sauce, jam, mustard and other accoutrements are also made here. We're so serious about the scratch thing that we even make some of our own charcuterie and cheese. We source as much of our food as possible from local organic producers. Our coffee and teas are organic and fair trade. Our menu changes weekly - it's fresh, simple, and based on what is available locally in each season.
