The Southeastern Indiana Recycling District is a multi-county cooperative under the supervision of a board of directors, serving seven Indiana counties. They offer recycling center opportunities, reuse stores, Household Hazardous Waste disposal, pharmaceutical waste disposal, disaster debris management, and environmental education. With eight recycle centers and seven reuse centers, they aim to promote and practice good environmental stewardship by reducing, reusing, and recycling. Their efforts focus on preserving and enhancing the environment, natural resources, and public health and safety.
