In the summer of 2014, KC native Zach Moores left his job as a catastrophic insurance adjuster to open the original South Plaza shop in the heart of the UMKC campus (304 E. 51st Street). His goal was to create a space that not only served great coffee, but felt like a home away from home for anyone who walked through the door. Since then, Crows expanded to Waldo and Red Bridge, and quickly became an integral part of each community.
