Yi Yoga is a yoga studio that specializes in Ashtanga yoga, taught by experienced instructor Son Hui Yi. With over 10 years of daily practice, Son Hui is convinced that practicing Ashtanga yoga in the morning is the best way to energize and benefit from the practice throughout the day. The studio offers classes for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our approach is rooted in traditional Ashtanga yoga, as taught by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath at the KPJAYI in Mysore, India.
