Established in 1969, Mid-Illinois Gymnastics and Dance, Inc. is the oldest private gymnastics club in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. As a USA GYMNASTICS CLUB, we offer limited graded classes on Olympic specification equipment taught by highly qualified, safety-oriented staff. Our mission is to cherish your children and provide them with professional, progressive, safety-oriented instruction in fundamental movement and gymnastic skills. We also provide dance classes and competitive teams for those interested in serious competition. Our goal is to teach physical fitness in a progressive and safety-oriented atmosphere, while helping each child enjoy and learn from the program at their own pace.
