Welcome to Studio Percussion and Dance Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing students of all ages with quality Fine Arts instruction in Gainesville, FL. We offer music lessons and classes for drums and percussion, piano/keyboard, guitar, bass, ukulele, voice, and more! Each of our private music lessons are custom tailored to fit the student's age, skill level and needs. Whatever your musical goals may be, we will get you there! Our unique mission drives us to serve the Gainesville community that may not otherwise have access to high caliber instruction from committed and experienced educators. We have been encouraging Gainesville youth to get involved in music for almost two decades now. We truly believe that music education can - and should be - accessible to everyone. We have been practicing CDC guidelines and limiting our occupancy to minimal numbers due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are also offering virtual sessions to ensure the safety of our students.

Established in 1989, Academy of Music and Art & Gainesville Guitar Academy is a renowned music education institution providing top-notch instrumental instruction, voice lessons, and visual art classes to students of all ages. With over 20 degreed teachers, the academy offers customized lessons in private studios, small art classes, and group sessions. Students can participate in competitions, club festivals, and performances, and have access to specialized music theory, composition, and songwriting classes.
