We are a non-profit organization seeking to unite and organize professional musicians to secure improved wages, hours, working conditions and other economic advantages for our members through collective bargaining, and to establish terms and conditions for equitable and fair dealing among our members. As a chapter of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada, we have over 90,000 members and jurisdiction over most of southern Oregon, southern Idaho, and small areas of California and Wyoming. We provide services such as membership, hiring information, and resources for musicians. Our goal is to support live music and professional musicians.
