In Balance Tai Chi is a martial arts school that offers Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and other disciplines to enhance vitality for the body, mind, and spirit. Our classes are designed to help individuals manage and reduce stress, promote physical, mental, and spiritual health, and improve overall well-being. We offer a range of classes, including Tai Chi Ch'uan, Shaolin Kung Fu, Women's Self Defense, and Archery, as well as private lessons.
