Our restaurant features a beautiful outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a casual meal with friends. Inside, our spacious dining areas are separated into four major rooms, each with its own unique character and charm. This includes a cozy Wine Room that seats up to 40 guests, ideal for private parties and special occasions.

Meet Our Chef

Born in Condrieu, France in 1953, Chef Bernard Dervieux was raised on a farm where he developed an appreciation for fresh, flavorful food. His culinary journey began at the age of 13, when he became an apprentice charcutier in Vienne. He later worked under the direction of Chef Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, and with Roger Verge in Le Moulin de Mougin. In 1974, Bernard was sent to the United States to work at Le Francais in Wheeling, Illinois, where he served as a saucier/sous chef under Jean Bachet. He then worked at the Pump Room in Chicago, Illinois from 1978 to 1980 as Executive Chef.

In 1980, Bernard was hired at the Beverly Hills Hotel at the recommendation of Wolfgang Puck. He served as Executive Chef at the hotel until 1986, when he left to become the Executive Chef at the Grand Champions Resort in Indian Wells and Aspen, Colorado. In 1987, Bernard opened Cuistot, which has since become one of the most beloved and respected restaurants in the desert.
