Our Journey Begins
Heather's journey with gluten-free eating began over twenty years ago, fueled by a desire for delicious treats that aligned with her dietary needs. This personal struggle inspired her to experiment and refine her craft, resulting in an array of mouthwatering gluten-free recipes with exceptional flavor and texture.
In 2013, Heather's vision became reality with the opening of the first Flour Craft Bakery in San Anselmo. Joined by her supportive husband and business partner, Rick Perko, the bakery quickly became a local favorite. It wasn't long before a second location at the Mill Valley Lumber Yard joined the Flour Craft family in 2018.
