Services
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Partial Hospitalization Program provides intensive mental health treatment for 6 hours daily, five days a week. This structured program offers comprehensive therapeutic care while allowing patients to maintain home routines. Participants receive psychiatric evaluation, individual therapy, and group sessions focused on skill development and emotional regulation.
Intensive Outpatient Program
The Intensive Outpatient Program offers 3-hour sessions three days weekly for individuals needing structured support without full-time care. This program balances clinical treatment with daily responsibilities through group therapy, family sessions, and medication management while maintaining work or school commitments.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT programs teach mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness through structured group sessions. Patients learn to manage intense emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and improve relationships through evidence-based techniques developed by Marsha Linehan.
Eating Disorder Program
Specialized treatment for anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorders includes monitored meals, nutritional counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Our multidisciplinary team addresses both psychological and physical aspects of eating disorders through individual and group therapy sessions in Brick and Livingston locations.
Substance Use Recovery
Dual diagnosis programs address co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders using evidence-based practices. Medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone or Vivitrol combines with cognitive behavioral therapy and relapse prevention groups to support long-term recovery from alcohol and drug dependencies.
