Terrible Experience
The reviewer Royal Family and Shanta Edwards both gave 1-star ratings to Cencap, a credit union. They shared similar negative experiences with the bank's customer service and business practices. Royal Family mentioned being called for fraud and being questioned about the amount of money they've deposited. They also stated that the bank froze their account without notification, failed to provide temporary cards, and had outdated technology. Edwards mentioned rude service from the only male employee at the front desk.
Fraudulent Activity
Cameron Clawson, another reviewer, expressed frustration with Cencap's handling of fraudulent activity. They mentioned that their card was stolen and fraudulent charges were allowed to process through, despite the law guaranteeing protection of their money.
Positive Experience
However, Bronz Khrome had a completely opposite experience, giving Cencap a 5-star rating. They mentioned having been with the credit union since 1992 and have had a positive experience. They appreciated the bank's fees, notary services, and 24-hour service.
