New Community Credit Union

New Community Federal Credit Union (NCFCU) was founded in 1981 with a revolutionary mission: to serve low- to moderate-income and minority communities beyond the reach of traditional banks and mainstream credit unions. Today, NCFCU serves a core group of people within the geographic region of the New Community network of Newark, Jersey City, Orange and surrounding area in New Jersey.

• Assistive Technology Loan Program: Provides low-interest loans to people with disabilities, seniors, and veterans for necessary assistive technology devices and services.

Membership Eligibility

Employees, businesses and vendors, funders, program participants, and residents of the New Community network are encouraged to join NCFCU. Immediate family members of those affiliated with New Community are also eligible.
