About Lawrence D. Poster

Lawrence D. Poster is the Founder and Managing Director of Catalyx Group. With a professional experience spanning over four decades, he began his career as an economist with the federal government and later served as a consultant with Arthur Young & Company's Quantitative Management Science Group. He then rose through the ranks to become head of marketing for the New York Bank for Savings and later served as Executive Vice President in DHR International's New York Office in its Healthcare and Life Sciences Executive Search Practice. Lawrence is a Board of Director Member of the MIT Club of NNJ and has organized various events, including Fireside Chats with prominent figures and STEM fairs. He is also a frequent judge at MBA competitions and has developed novel drug-delivery methods.
