Join Our Joyous Practice of Yoga - Union of Body, Mind, and Community

Our story begins with a vision. A vision of a place where people could come together to practice Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness. A place created by love, where a community could unite and Yoga could be practiced joyously. This vision was conceived during a trip to India by our founder, Laura Shockley, a resident of Point Lookout. It was on the banks of the Ganges in the Holy City of Varanasi that Laura envisioned a space where people could connect with themselves and each other.

Point Lookout, with its salty air and the sound of waves meeting the shore, was the perfect location for this vision. The town has provided so many people with a sense of peace, comfort, and joy. In Sanskrit, the word Yoga means union or connection. At Point Lookout Yoga, we strive to create a space where students can unite with the Self and with each other, cultivating social awareness and personal growth.

Our classes are designed for students of all levels, from the seasoned Yogi to the beginner. We offer a variety of classes, including in-studio and outdoor classes during the warmer months. Private classes are also available for those seeking one-on-one attention. Additionally, we host workshops and special events, such as meditation cruises, full moon meditation circles, and more.

We welcome you to join our community and experience the joy of Yoga for yourself. Whether you're looking to improve your physical health, find inner peace, or simply connect with like-minded individuals, we invite you to explore our offerings. Take advantage of our new student special and receive two weeks of unlimited Yoga classes for $40. Or, purchase one of our all-inclusive class packages and enjoy classes in-studio, on the beach, or virtually. Single class passes are also available. Please note that pre-registration is required for all classes.
