At MaiCon, we are a small company with a large range of expertise. We are based in Longmont, Colorado, and have expanded our boundaries west to include Estes Park, north to Ft. Collins, south and east to include the Denver metro area. Our primary customer base is commercial properties, but we have the capabilities of doing residential as well. We pride ourselves in being a "one-stop shop" by providing a varied and sundry menu of maintenance and construction trades, skills, and disciplines. Our services include building shell maintenance, remodel, and repair for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Our paint department has over 50 years of experience in fulfilling all of your painting needs with Latex, Alkyd, Acrylic, Specialty flooring, Elastemeric, Multi-spec, Polymix, Epoxy, Drywall, Wood Stains, Oils, Varnish, Lacquers, Enamels, Crafton, Vinyl, Wallpaper, and Faux Finishes. We specialize in faux finishes for your home and provide samples of techniques to choose from. Our Crafton products are excellent choices for heavy traffic areas. This finish can be washed with a soft-bristled brush and soap without doing any damage to the finish. Crafton is wonderful for industry, hallways, entrances, and mud rooms that seem to get a lot of abuse. Our epoxy finishes are great for garage floors, manufacturing floors, and greatly abused areas. Our crews are experienced in spraying, rolling, and brushing these finishes.

Since we are very "green" minded, we are in partnership with "Partners For a Clean Environment, " otherwise known as PACE. We are compliant with the Colorado Water Quality Control Act. We safely dispose of our waste water generated from power or pressure washing and use only bio-degradable products. We are OSHA compliant in training our crews and believe in continual education in the safety of our products and equipment. We warranty our products and work. In the unlikely event of product failure, we get the representatives involved in resolving the issue ASAP.

Although we specialize in remodel and tenant improvement, our construction crew has over 75 years of experience from ground up to insurance claims. We work with insurance companies in issues resulting from fire or water damage to restore their properties to its original condition, matching existing paint and finishes. We have clean room class 10 experience. We have been involved in government jobs such as Front Range Community College. As you will see in our Worksite Portfolio, we have been involved in a variety of projects.
