Our Instructors

At the forefront of our success is our exceptional instructors, Professor Dane Molina and Professor Mike Farrell. Both Professors hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have a combined experience of over 20 years in teaching and competing in the sport. Dane and Mike are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment that allows our students to reach their full potential.

Our Programs

We offer two comprehensive programs: Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our Adult Program is designed to cater to a wide range of goals, whether it be weight loss, confidence building, competition, or simply a healthy hobby. We incorporate techniques from Judo and wrestling to improve our students' Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills. Our program is perfect for those looking for a challenging physical workout that also teaches self-defense techniques.

Our Kids Program is specifically designed for children aged 5-15 years old. Our program aims to help kids develop important life skills such as respect, focus, and self-confidence, while teaching them self-defense techniques that promote safety and confidence.
