Meet Richard Millinder, Owner/President

Richard was born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina, and moved to Raleigh in 1993. He graduated from Beddingfield High School in 1983 and attended Atlantic Christian College, now Barton College, where he majored in Business Psychology. With a strong background in the food service industry, Richard earned his Real Estate License and quickly established himself as a respected property manager in the Raleigh area.

Meet Debbie Dixon, Property Manager/Broker

Debbie was born in Jacksonville, Illinois, and moved to Cary, North Carolina, in 1992. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Debbie decided to pursue her passion for real estate and obtained her Real Estate License in 2008. She joined Clark Properties in 2016 and has been a valuable addition to our team.

Meet Carla Glover, Maintenance Property Manager

Carla graduated from Meredith College with a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education Teaching Certification. Originally from Greensboro, Carla moved to Raleigh and joined Clark Properties, where she specializes in owner-tenant relations and enjoys finding resolutions in a peaceful and efficient manner.

Meet Nicole Adams-Woodell, Maintenance Property Manager

Nicole was born and raised in the Boston area and considers Raleigh her home. With a strong administrative background, Nicole has worked in various industries, including real estate, and is now part of the Clark Properties team.

Meet Eva Greenham, Accounting Assistant

Eva was born in South Africa to Norwegian immigrants and grew up in Norway. With a strong accounting background, Eva works in the Clark Properties accounting office and enjoys the personal interactions she has with colleagues and clients.
