At Corner Cafe, our story began over 35 years ago when Ed and Kathi Rule opened a small 40-seat cafe in Riverside, Missouri. Although they had no prior experience in the restaurant industry, their passion for good food and warm hospitality drove them to bring their vision to life. Over the years, Corner Cafe has grown and evolved, but our commitment to quality, comfort, and community has remained unwavering.
