In the wake of the 1959 Communist takeover of Cuba, countless Cuban families sought refuge in America in pursuit of political freedom. While freedom was attained, the one missing ingredient was the taste of home - authentic Cuban cuisine. In 2001, Jorge Rios, armed with the American Dream and a growing demand for Cuban food, founded Senor Cafe. Conveniently situated in Hollywood, FL, Senor Cafe quickly became a community hub for people from all walks of life and soon grew into a cherished local favorite due to its unique window service, lunch buffet, and homestyle dinner menu.
