Our co-founders, Phil Sutfin and Marc Guss, have extensive backgrounds in talent management and agency representation. Robyn Starr, Executive Director of ACM East, is a renowned voiceover agent with over two decades of experience, while Erik Seastrand, Executive Director of ACM West, brings over 20 years of expertise in voiceover representation. Our team of Directors includes Andrew Atkin, who oversees trailers, narrations, and promos, and Melanie Thomas, who specializes in animation and video game projects.
