Easy Slider is a gourmet slider truck that serves fresh, creative mini-burgers all over town. We are inspired by our search for "The Perfect Bite" and aim to provide top-quality ingredients and a good time for our customers. Our core menu consists of Certified Angus beef sliders with unique toppings, and we frequently offer additional items to showcase seasonal ingredients. We have been awarded several local and national awards, including Best Food Truck in Dallas and 21 Best Food Trucks in America. Our priorities are serving fresh ingredients and having a good time doing it. We cater for events and parties, and our full-service catering is available for your next event. Our Story

Inspired by their never-ending search for "The Perfect Bite", Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes opened Easy Slider Truck in December 2011. The company has since grown to include three trucks and a brick-and-mortar restaurant in historic Deep Ellum, Dallas. Our flavors are influenced by Caroline's Texas roots and Miley's obsession with all things Southern. Prior to opening Easy Slider, Caroline and Miley both spent several years in the restaurant and events industry. We have catered for several major companies and have a new concept, Bar Cart Texas, for mobile catering.
