Our History

Kapco was founded in 1972 by Tom and Josephine Kacmarcik, and has since grown to become a family-owned business under the second-generation leadership of Chairman and CEO Jim Kacmarcik. Over the years, we have expanded our manufacturing footprint throughout Wisconsin, with nine facilities across the state. Our commitment to investing in cutting-edge technology and solutions has enabled us to deliver the highest quality products to our partners.
