ARZ Machining, a family-owned and operated business, first opened its doors in Grafton, Wisconsin, in 1991. Over time, ARZ Machining has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from a small job shop to a modern, comprehensive manufacturing facility.

In 2007, two long-time employees, Kenny Bosch and Tim Paegelow, took over the helm of ARZ Machining, embarking on a journey to modernize and expand the company's capabilities. They invested in state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software, replacing aging machinery with cutting-edge equipment to significantly enhance the quality of work.

The company's growth necessitated a move to a larger facility in 2010. This new location not only provided more space but also a strategically advantageous position close to complementary metal fabrication services, further cementing ARZ Machining's position as a one-stop shop for customers seeking complete manufacturing solutions.

In a testament to their forward-thinking approach, Kenny and Tim implemented a sophisticated shop management software system, streamlining operations and facilitating seamless communication across all departments. Recognizing the immense potential of additive manufacturing, they further expanded ARZ Machining's capabilities by investing in a 3D printer, exploring new avenues for design and prototyping while simultaneously offering this advanced technology as a value-added service to their clientele.
