The Fruit Bowl

For over 75 years, The Fruit Bowl has been dedicated to providing the freshest and best of local produce, baked goods, nuts, jams, local honey, and olive oils, and Lodi wines to the community. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made us a staple in San Joaquin County.

Our History

The story of The Fruit Bowl began in 1945 when Frank and Ina Lucchetti purchased the Ben Sanguinetti Ranch at 8767 East Waterloo Road. The couple worked tirelessly to repair and renovate the property, and in 1946, they built their home. Tragedy struck when a fire destroyed their home and ranch buildings, but the community came together to support the family and rebuild.

In 1947, the Lucchetti's rented a small house surrounded by nine acres of walnuts, peaches, and plums. It was during this time that they started selling their fresh produce to the community. Word of their fresh fruit spread quickly, and soon people from all over were visiting the property to purchase their wares.

Today

Today, The Fruit Bowl is still family-owned and operated. We take pride in providing the freshest and finest quality products from our farm and local growers. Our farm market offers a wide variety of specialty items, including our famous homemade pies. Our bakery is renowned throughout the Central Valley for its delicious pies, made with the highest quality ingredients and baked fresh daily.
