Our story began with a challenge from our partner, Leslie, who encouraged Robert, our owner and winemaker, to create an extraordinary sparkling wine. With his reputation on the line, Robert utilized the methode champenoise process, a labor-intensive and time-consuming method that requires great skill and precision. The result was a sparkling wine that is not only delicious but also produces a smooth body, crisp fruit, and a silky yeast character.
