Our Story

Camp Osprey is a traditional summer camp nestled in the picturesque woodlands of Wimauma, Florida. Founded by passionate educators and parents, Gary and Sandy Bembry, we aim to provide an unforgettable and enriching experience for children ages 7 to 15. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and education, Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the camp environment.

Our mission is to foster a safe, inclusive, and fun-filled summer camp experience for children. We believe in providing a nurturing environment where young minds can discover new talents, forge lasting friendships, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

What We Offer

At Camp Osprey, we offer a diverse range of activities to ensure every camper finds something to their liking. From adrenaline-pumping adventures like ziplining and horseback riding to creative pursuits like arts and crafts and drama, there's something for everyone. We also boast a pristine waterfront area perfect for swimming, kayaking, and canoeing.
