Our Mission and History

At Westside Family Healthcare, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to provide patient-centered healthcare services that meet the unique needs of our diverse community. Since our founding, we have remained committed to this mission, expanding our services to include medical, dental, women's health, pediatric health, behavioral health, and migrant and seasonal agricultural health services. Our history is built on a foundation of compassion, dedication, and a passion for improving the health and well-being of our patients and their families.

Our Services

As a Primary Care Medical Home, we offer a variety of services designed to keep you and your family well. Our medical services include routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Our dental services provide routine cleanings, fillings, and other essential dental care. Women's health services include gynecological exams, prenatal care, and reproductive health services. Pediatric health services cater to the unique needs of children, from routine check-ups to specialized care for developmental delays. Behavioral health services support mental health and substance abuse treatment. Migrant and seasonal agricultural health services are designed to meet the specific needs of farmworkers and their families.

Leadership and Community Impact

Our leadership team is dedicated to ensuring that our services are accessible, effective, and compassionate. Our President & CEO, Chris Fraser, has been instrumental in shaping our vision and mission. Under his leadership, we have expanded our services, improved our facilities, and strengthened our partnerships within the community. Our impact is felt throughout the community, with programs such as the Farm to Table initiative, which promotes healthy eating and community engagement, and the 34th Annual 5K/10K, which raises funds for our programs and services.
