• Tabletop Role-Playing Game Therapy (TRPG Therapy): This group therapy approach uses tabletop games to promote problem-solving, communication skills, and emotional regulation.

• Sarah Coenen: A Professional Counseling Associate with a solutions-focused approach and a background in trauma-informed care.
