About Us

Rogue Mental Health Solutions was established to provide medication management services for patients dealing with a range of mental health issues. Our primary focus is to ensure that our patients have access to the necessary medication and support they need to manage their conditions effectively. We understand that mental health conditions can significantly impact an individual's daily functioning, and we are here to help.

Our team comprises diverse mental health professionals, including Pamela Rivera, MS, PMHNP-BC, Tammie Johnson, LPC, and Mollie Terpening, LPC. Our mental health providers bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to the table, having worked in various mental health settings, including inpatient services, emergency rooms, outpatient clinics, and private practices.

Pamela Rivera, MS, PMHNP-BC

Pamela Rivera is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a diverse mental health background spanning over 30 years. Pamela began her career as a registered nurse for Los Angeles Co. at Olive View Medical Center, where she worked in inpatient services and the Psychiatric Emergency Room for six years. She subsequently joined Jackson County Mental Health (JCMH) outpatient clinic and on-call at Rogue Valley Medical Center - Behavioral Health Unit. Pamela's duties included caring for adults, teens, and children, providing weekly intensive training and care in DBT therapy, and consulting for Developmentally Delayed clients living in group homes. Pamela graduated with honors from Oregon Health and Sciences University with ANCC board certification as a PMHNP, Across the Lifespan. She provides Primary Mental Health care to individuals from early childhood to older adults (8-65yrs), with a primary focus on medication management services.

Tammie Johnson, LPC

Tammie Johnson is an independent contractor who will be seeing patients starting August 1st in our building. She has over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in agency, educational and clinical settings. Tammie specializes in treating Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Academic Underachievement, Divorce, Family Conflict, Parenting, Self-Esteem, Spirituality, Behavioral Issues, Coping Skills, Domestic Abuse, Grief, Peer Relationships, Sexual Abuse, and Trauma.

Mollie Terpening, LPC

Mollie Terpening is an independent contractor who will be seeing patients starting August 1st in our building. She has worked with individuals of all ages since 2014, from the correctional facility to private practice. Mollie specializes in treating Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abandonment, Adjustment Disorder, Attachment Issues, PTSD, Women's Issues.

What We Treat

At Rogue Mental Health Solutions, we treat a range of mental health conditions, including ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder), and Conduct Disorder.

ADHD is a developmental brain disorder that makes it difficult for a person to pay attention and control impulsive behaviors. He or she may also be restless and almost constantly active. ADHD starts in childhood, but often is missed until adolescence or adulthood. Our team of mental health professionals provides medication management services and other support to help manage ADHD symptoms effectively.

ODD is a type of behavior disorder that is diagnosed in childhood and often is diagnosed with children who primarily have ADHD as well. Children with ODD are uncooperative, irritable, defiant, argumentative, vindictive, and hostile toward peers, parents, teachers,
