Our coaching sessions are designed to help you become mindful and aware of the mind-body connection and the fears or anxieties that may be holding you back. We also help you uncover emotions that may have been hidden or ignored.

In addition to our life coaching services, we offer a variety of programs that are designed to help you enhance specific areas of your life. These programs include Pre-Marital Coaching, Career Coaching, Mindful Communication, Healing from Emotional Neglect/Abuse, Mindful Lifestyle, and Mother/Daughter Healing. While our programs focus on one specific area, we understand that improving one area of your life can have a ripple effect, positively impacting other areas of your life as well.

Yoga

Sherry Ellingson is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with a specialty in Flow (Vinyasa) style group classes. Our yoga practice is designed to help athletes and those recovering from sports injuries release pain and work with injuries, while strengthening various muscle groups. We believe that the mind-body connection is powerful, and our yoga classes are designed to help you tap into that connection and find emotional freedom.

Business Coaching/Consulting

As a Business Coach/Consultant, Sherry Ellingson specializes in coaching owners of privately owned small to medium-sized service/product-based businesses. With many years of experience as a Consultant, Sherry has worked with businesses to analyze their front and back ends and the structure of their business. Our approach is not one-size-fits-all. We meet you where you are emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically, and help you identify areas of need and how to improve.
