Abacus Surveying

Abacus Surveying is a full service surveying company serving Berks, Chester, and Lancaster counties. We specialize in residential surveys and subdivisions. Our company is owned by Kristopher Phillips, a Professional Surveyor with over 35 years of surveying experience. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Alfred State College, Alfred, NY, with a degree in Survey Engineering Technologies. He has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1993 and has been surveying throughout the northeast, including working for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and United States Coast Guard.

Our team also includes Andrew Coots, who joined the firm in 2018, and Aaron Phillips, who joined in 2023. Both Mr. Coots and Aaron are also graduates of Alfred State College and have extensive surveying experience. We pride ourselves on providing a personal and professional service to each of our clients.

Whether you need to know where your property corners are for a new fence or pool, or if you have disagreements with your neighbor about property lines, we can provide the professional service you need.
