We offer Construction Stakeout services for large construction projects across Pennsylvania, ensuring that our clients' schedules and budgets are respected. Additionally, we provide Topographic Surveying & Mapping services, which include Residential Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, Aerial photography control surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Services, Wetlands locations and mapping, Utility locations and identification, Flood Elevation Certificates, and Farm Preservation Surveys. Each of these services is tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

History

Trimble Surveyors was established by twin brothers David and Philip Trimble in 1976. After graduating from Penn State University, the brothers began the business in their garage on West Woods Drive. Over the years, the firm has grown and relocated to North Lane, Lititz, and back to West Woods Drive. In 2013, Jeff Bowlby, a former Trimble employee, was hired as a partner, and in 2015, he took over as President of the company. Today, the office is located at 307 East Lexington Road, Lititz, PA.
