Since 1988, Bauer Karate Academy has been a beacon of empowerment in the Le Roy area, fostering personal growth and unleashing the potential of every student. Karate for All Ages

• Karate Kids (Ages 4-6): A foundational program designed to cultivate focus, discipline, and respect in young minds through playful learning.
• Juniors (Ages 7-11): This program emphasizes fundamental skills, building a strong foundation for self-defense, confidence, and personal growth.
• Teen/Adult: This program fosters self-defense skills alongside physical fitness and emotional development, empowering students to become well-rounded individuals.
