Bang Muay Thai combines Dutch kickboxing, Kyokushin Karate, and Muay Thai for practical striking techniques. Classes focus on self-defense applications and ring competition training while providing a high-intensity workout. Hayastan Grappling
Hayastan Grappling integrates Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, and Catch Wrestling for comprehensive grappling skills. Goshin Do Karate

With 20 years of martial arts experience, Adam Tucker is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Goshin Do Karate and certified under the World Kickboxing Association. He has competed nationally in grappling and karate, winning multiple championships. Adam blends traditional techniques with modern applications to create Ronin's unique curriculum.
Samantha Palella
Instructor
Samantha Palella holds a Purple Belt in Goshin Do Karate and competes in grappling, karate, and MMA. As a Level 2 Certified International Instructor, she assists with youth programs and adult classes, sharing her expertise in multiple martial arts disciplines while continuing her competitive career.
