Care Coordination

Insurances and Payment
We accept most insurance carriers, with the exception of Independent Health-Essential Plan and NYS Medicaid. Our team will work closely with you to understand your insurance coverage and ensure that you receive the care you need.
Financial Policy
We understand that financial responsibilities can be a concern. To address this, we have implemented a financial policy for patients with high-deductible insurance plans. A $75 down payment will be required for routine and sick visits, with the balance being submitted to your insurance company. Please note that annual preventive exams are excluded from this policy.

Scheduling Appointments
We understand that scheduling appointments can be challenging. Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to avoid No Show charges.

Staff and Service Issues
Multiple reviewers experienced poor service and unprofessional behavior from the staff, particularly the manager Mary and the receptionist. They were accused of being rude, dismissive, and uncaring towards patients' concerns.
Scheduling and Timeliness
Several reviewers had issues with scheduling and timeliness, including being told to leave or rescheduled without their consent. Dr. Hendricks was consistently late, and the office software issues led to rescheduling and frustration.
Doctor-Patient Relationship
Some reviewers praised Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Kavcic for being thorough and taking their time with patients. However, others felt rushed, dismissed, or uncared for during their appointments.
Concerns and Diagnosis
Kathy W. and her husband hadnegative experiences with Dr. Kavcic, feeling that their concerns were not taken seriously and they were rushed out of their appointments. This led to misdiagnosis and delayed treatment.
