Staff and Care
The staff, including Taylor, Dr. Nylander, Dr. Cloud, and Felicia, have been praised for their kindness, professionalism, and ability to make patients feel comfortable. Dr. Cloud, in particular, has been mentioned multiple times for her exceptional care and bedside manner. Some patients have also appreciated the considerate and helpful office staff.
Positive Experiences
Several patients have had positive experiences with the office, including having their concerns listened to and being treated with kindness and respect. Some patients have also appreciated the efficient and quick appointments, as well as the helpfulness of the office staff.
Issues with Staff
On the other hand, some staff members, such as Arlene, have been criticized for their rushing and lack of bedside manner. Additionally, some patients have felt that the providers lack empathy and seem to only be interested in billing insurance.
Diagnostic Issues
Some patients have experienced issues with diagnostic methods and have felt that the office has withheld medical options from them or not taken their concerns seriously. For example, one patient was told that their chronic pelvic pain was in their head, only to be diagnosed with endometriosis by a different doctor.
Office Environment
One patient mentioned that the rooms in the office do not seem to be soundproof, which could be a concern for patients who may be sensitive to hearing discussions about other patients' health issues.
