Jericho Road Community Health Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to underserved and marginalized communities in Buffalo and beyond. Founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to healthcare, we have been serving our community since our inception, and we are committed to creating opportunities for individuals to be healthy, educated, and whole.

Our Team

Medical Services

We provide high-quality medical care for the whole family, with a focus on serving people with limited access to medical care, such as families living in poverty, refugees, and immigrants. Our services include primary care, behavioral health, dental care, and vision services, among others. We provide full-spectrum care to all, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Our medical services are designed to meet the unique needs of our patients, and we strive to provide culturally competent care that respects the diversity of our community.

Early Childhood Development

We believe that early childhood development is crucial to a child's future success. That's why we offer a range of programs and services designed to support the healthy development of young children. Our programs include Parents as Teachers, Priscilla Project, and ParentChild+, which provide home-based education and support to parents and their young children. We also offer a variety of early childhood education programs that provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

The Independent Health Gym and Wellness Center at Jericho Road

That's why we offer a state-of-the-art gym and wellness center that provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Our gym offers a variety of fitness classes, personal training, and wellness programs designed to meet the unique needs of our community. Global Programs

We are committed to serving communities beyond Buffalo. That's why we offer global programs that provide healthcare, education, and community development opportunities in Sierra Leone, Congo, and Nepal. Our global programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each community, and we work closely with local partners to ensure that our programs are sustainable and effective.

Financial Education

That's why we offer financial education programs that provide individuals with the tools and resources they need to make informed financial decisions. Our programs include budgeting, credit management, and financial planning, among others. Hope Refugee Drop-In Center

We are committed to serving refugees and asylum seekers in our community. That's why we offer the Hope Refugee Drop-In Center, which provides a welcoming and supportive environment for refugees and asylum seekers. Our center offers a range of services, including legal assistance, English language classes, and social support. We believe that everyone deserves a safe and welcoming environment, regardless of their immigration status.

Vive Shelter

That's why we offer the Vive Shelter, which provides temporary housing and support services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. Our shelter is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual or family, and we provide a range of services, including case management, mental health services, and employment support.
