Services
Adult Aikido Classes
Our adult Aikido classes develop physical fitness, mental focus, and self-defense skills through traditional training methods. Students learn fluid techniques that redirect energy rather than meet force with force. The cooperative practice environment emphasizes safety while building strength, flexibility, and confidence through regular partner drills.
Children's Classes
Designed for ages 4-13, our children's classes teach fundamental Aikido principles while developing discipline, respect, and self-confidence. The curriculum incorporates age-appropriate exercises that improve coordination, focus, and social skills through structured partner activities and character-building instruction.
Weapons Training
We offer comprehensive weapons training including bokken (wooden sword), jo (staff), and tanto (knife) practice. These traditional elements enhance understanding of Aikido's movement principles while developing spatial awareness, precision, and timing through both solo and partnered exercises.
Seminars
Regular seminars feature visiting instructors from our global network, providing opportunities to train with master practitioners. These events offer specialized instruction, rank examinations, and exposure to diverse teaching styles while connecting with the broader Aikido community.
Testing Preparation
Our structured testing system guides students through progressive skill development from white belt to black belt. Preparation includes technical proficiency, philosophical understanding, and demonstration of character growth through a minimum five-year commitment to consistent training.
