Am-Tree Developmental Nursery School is a family-owned and operated institution dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and education to children from infancy to pre-school age. Our curriculum is designed to build self-confidence and promote character education. Throughout the year, we focus on various topics such as feelings, manners, respect, friendship, honesty, trust, teamwork, caring for nature, and responsibility. We use Creative Curriculum and Best Practice as our framework for building curriculum, ensuring that our children receive a strong foundation for their personal development and academic future.

We also promote the use of the New Jersey Department of Education Quality of Standards to prepare our children for elementary school readiness. Our teachers are required to complete 20 hours of Professional Development annually to ensure familiarity with best practices for early childhood care and education.

Our Classes and Programs

• Young Infants: A warm and welcoming environment designed for our youngest learners, where they can thrive and grow. Our infant program follows the New Jersey Birth to Three Early Standards and the New Jersey Standards for the Education of young Children Preschool to Kindergarten.

• Young Toddlers: A class designed for toddlers who are learning to navigate their world and develop important social skills.
• Older Toddlers: A program that fosters independence and self-confidence in our older toddlers.

We also offer various programs to accommodate the needs of working families, including full-time and part-time options, as well as half-day programs.

That's why we offer healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, and snacks) included in tuition, as well as diapers and wipes.
