Our serene studio is nestled within Slate Hill Wellness, where you can also find a barber shop and various healing therapy services, including massage therapy, far infrared sauna, and reiki. We are dedicated to providing a peaceful and inclusive environment for individuals of all ages, experience levels, and fitness backgrounds to explore the transformative power of yoga and complementary practices.

Our Services

In addition, we provide private hoop and yoga classes, as well as customized yoga plans to help you achieve your unique goals.
Yoga Teacher Training
Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level? Our Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to thoroughly prepare you for the role of Yoga Instructor and facilitate a deepening of your knowledge and personal practice. Our comprehensive curriculum covers the history and philosophy of yoga, meditation, pranayama, teaching methodology, anatomy, and the business of yoga. Our experienced lead trainer, Dena Beratta, E-RYT-500, will guide you on this transformative journey, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.
