Disappointing Service and Food
Mama Melina has excellent food, but the service can be a letdown. Yoni Yoni and Michael Zajacz both had unpleasant experiences with their waitresses. Yoni's party of seven was given poor service, including being told to drink water with ice despite asking for it without ice. Michael found the portions to be small and overpriced. These issues should be addressed by management to ensure better service for future customers.
Excellent Experience
On the other hand, several reviewers had excellent experiences at Mamma Melina. Cindy Victor loved the restaurant, giving it 5 stars for food, service, and atmosphere. June Hobbs had the best pizza she'd had in years, with perfect crust and great service. Jessica M. recommended the mocktail Lollipop and dishes like Tiramisu and Gnocchi Al Gorgonzola. Kiran S. enjoyed the cozy ambiance and delicious bread, and Alex V. thinks it's their favorite HH spot.
