At Heart Alchemy Yoga, our mission is to make inspired and innovative yoga and meditation accessible to the world. Our YouTube channel features hundreds of yoga and meditation videos from world-renowned teacher Michelle Goldstein and 15 creative and inspired teachers from around the globe. As devoted yogi's themselves, renowned LA-based yoga teacher Michelle Goldstein and digital marketing pioneer Darren Kramer have experienced the countless benefits of a heart-opening yoga practice for many years.

Our Story

Heart Alchemy Yoga was created from a deep calling for Michelle and Darren to share this experience with others, staying dedicated to keeping it intelligent, authentic, and easily accessible. We have united many inspired and innovative teachers from around the globe to combine breath work, movement, and meditation in unique and dynamic online yoga videos and classes.

Our Services

Heart Alchemy Yoga offers new online yoga classes regularly, bringing plenty of fresh and diverse offerings to custom-fit your personal practice. For lucky residents of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach, Michelle leads private, semi-private, and corporate yoga and meditation classes. Michelle also leads weekly Zoom yoga and meditation classes, workshops, and intensives to private students as well as small, medium, and large groups.

Meet Our Teachers

Michelle Goldstein is a renowned yoga teacher known for her creative vinyasas (sequences of yoga asana) and pranayama. Her teaching integrates influences from various forms of movement and meditation set to powerfully inspiring backdrops of music. Michelle has studied with many inspiring teachers, among them Bryan Kest, Max Strom, Claire Hartley, Jerome Mercier, Saul David Raye, Guru Singh, Annie Carpenter, and Erich Schiffman.
